Perodua Ativa upper/lower luggage tiers: keep 303 L and 369 L separate

Direct answer: the current Malaysian Perodua Ativa page lists two luggage-capacity fields: Tier 1 at 303 L and Tier 2 at 369 L. A buyer’s comparison should preserve the tier names, exact variant and any seating arrangement rather than reducing the vehicle to one generic boot-volume figure.

Perodua Ativa model page checked 14 October 2026. These are manufacturer-published fields; no physical measurement was made.

What is distinctive in the source

The page’s practicality section labels “Tier 1: 303 litres” and “Tier 2: 369 litres.” Its specification selector also distinguishes luggage capacity in “Upper tier mode” and “Lower tier mode.” The source is therefore describing named storage modes. Do not silently relabel either number as a universal capacity or assume that a load above the cover is equivalent to storage below it.

Ativa enquiry fields to keep separate
Field Current manufacturer entry What remains open
Tier 1 303 litres Exact physical mode and load placement for the intended task
Tier 2 369 litres Whether the offered unit and accessories match the page
Variant Exact X, H or AV designation Current offer’s equipment and model year
Load Buyer-supplied dimensions and handling needs Direct fitment confirmation; no capacity-to-box conversion

Keep the mode attached to the capacity

When a supplier sends an offer, copy the variant name from the offer and compare it to the same named column in Perodua’s current page. If the page presents prices or other commercial data, treat those separately and date them; this article does not reproduce a price or confirm availability.

A field team transporting cases should record the largest case dimensions, not simply its total volume. Width, height, the boot opening and the chosen tier arrangement may all affect fit. We have not tested this, so a real fit remains a separate check.

Scope and limitations

This source applies to Perodua’s Malaysia product page. Its figures are not an independent test, a payload rating or proof about an imported or used unit. For load safety, seating, modifications or vehicle-operation questions, consult current manufacturer documentation and a qualified local professional.
